If there is an issue with your Wickwell Gardens DIY Wicking Bed Kit or Expert Install Wicking Bed, please contact us as soon as possible with your proof of purchase, photos, and a clear description of the problem. Providing clear information early helps us assess the issue properly and work out the most suitable next step.

Where a product, component, or installation issue is covered under our 2-year builders warranty, Wickwell Gardens will first review the information provided and may request additional photos, details, or an inspection where required. If the issue is found to be covered, we will aim to repair or replace the faulty product, component, or workmanship within a reasonable time.

For DIY Wicking Bed Kits, warranty support applies where the supplied instructions have been followed correctly and the product has been used for its intended purpose. For Expert Install Wicking Beds, warranty support applies to eligible workmanship or supplied component issues under normal use.

If the issue cannot be resolved through repair or replacement, or if an agreement cannot be reached, we will work with you to determine the appropriate next step. This may include a refund, partial refund, replacement, repair, or another remedy where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds are not provided for change of mind, incorrect product choice, failure to follow DIY instructions, unsuitable site conditions, normal timber weathering, customer damage, misuse, neglect, or modifications made after delivery or installation, unless required by law. Our goal is always to resolve genuine issues fairly and professionally.
